Q: Where are rental items picked up and returned?
A: Rental items are picked up and returned to American Rent-All at 2415 S. Byrne Road in south Toledo. Items may also be delivered and picked up for an additional charge.
Q: What happens if something is lost, stolen, or broken?
A: If an item is lost or stolen, it is the customer's responsibility. However, if the product doesn't perform properly, it will be repaired or replaced. A damage waiver is charged on all rental contracts unless declined. Some items are exempt.

A: Rental charges are for time out, not for time used
Q: What types of payments do you accept for deposits?
A: Deposits are payable by cash, check, or major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Deposits paid by check or credit card can only be returned by check or credit card. Reservation deposits are non-refundable. Checks and credit cards received as deposits must match the renters' ID. We do not accept third-party checks for any payments.
Q: Do you charge for cleaning equipment once it is returned?
A: A fee is charged on equipment that is returned dirty.
Q: How long will equipment reservations be held?
A: Equipment reservations will be held 30 minutes after your reservation time.
